Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Development / Construction Project Manager to work with our Managing Director on the delivery of multiple development projects. The successful candidate will be involved in projects from design coordination through to construction completion, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, programme, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Active role in construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Full engagement and co-ordination of Design & Construction Teams
- Oversee programme delivery, budgets, and cost control
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications (AutoCAD essential)
- Attend site meetings and manage project reporting and documentation
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and quality standards
- Manage procurement processes, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Identify risks and implement solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns
- Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and clients
Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Development / Construction Project Management roles (residential or commercial)
- Degree / Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations and processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
- Experience in the review and coordination of technical information and briefing of design & construction teams.
- Excellent project planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
- Proven track record of being part of Management Teams that have delivered projects on time and within budget
Desirable
- Experience in mixed-use or large-scale developments
- Exposure to design & build or developer-led projects
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, MS Excel, Procore, etc.)
- Health & Safety certifications (e.g. Safe Pass, PSDP/PSCS knowledge)

Pay: €50,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
