The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Carlow location.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead the store team
- Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality
- Manage store KPIs including sales, labour, food cost, and waste
- Plan and manage rotas in line with business needs
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed
- Maintain high operational standards on every shift
- Act as the main point of responsibility for the store
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role
- Strong people management and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
- Organised, reliable, and commercially aware
- Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results
