Full Time Coach – Tailormade Coaching | Ferrybank, Waterford
Location: Ferrybank, Waterford
Position: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

What You'll Do
- Coach high energy small group personal training sessions.
- Deliver world class member experiences on and off the gym floor.
- Conduct body scans, review calls and member check ins.
- Support members with accountability, nutrition and habit coaching.
- Build genuine relationships with members and become part of their journey.
- Create engaging content for social media.
- Contribute to community events and help build a positive gym culture.
What We're Looking For

- A willingness to learn, receive feedback and continually improve.
- A team player who takes pride in their work.
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or working towards it).
