An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Night team at the newly refurbished SpringHill Hotel.
To be considered for this role you must be able to commit to full time flexible hours. This role is not suitable to students looking for Summer roles.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for the hospitality industry in a role that puts the priorities of our guests first and delivers exceptional guest experiences every time.
Duties will include but are not limited to:

Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries.

Monitor the security of the hotel, including regular patrols of public areas.

Ensure all entrances, exits, and fire safety procedures are followed.

Perform light cleaning duties in public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and reception when needed.

Report emergencies, accidents, or suspicious activity to management and the appropriate authorities where necessary.

Work closely with the reception and housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth handover at the end of the shift.

Complete end-of-day administrative tasks and night audit procedures.

Ensure the hotel is clean, secure, and prepared for the morning team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
