MJ's Diner is located in Clash, Tralee, Co Kerry and is the home of great food. We are now recruiting for an experienced Manager to join our team in our busy diner.
The ideal candidate must have the capability to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast pace environment.
Key Duties include, managing inventory, managing & scheduling staff, ensuring food safety compliance, delivering excellent customer service, managing daily cash drawers and achieve daily / weekly sales targets.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
