Legal Secretary required for busy legal office in Galway. Excellent typing skills and at least 2 years experience essential.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in a solicitors office
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Good digital/dictaction skills
The Role
Audio and Digital dictation
Filing
Dealing with conveyancing files from creation, amendment and formatting of contracts/documents to completion of purchase/sale
E-Stamping and Property registration
Some experience of Probate applications would be a bonus
Client liaison
Excellent telephone skills
Pay: €15.00-€18.00 per hour
