Role & Responsibilities
All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include:

Welcome all guests to the Spa in a friendly and professional manner

Opening and set up of Spa and Thermal areas

To take responsibility for appearance, ambiance and cleanliness of the Spa maintaining our already set up standards

To ensure all designated areas are cleaned and set up as per standard

Carry out regular hygiene, health & safety, and facility checks.

Complete daily, weekly and quarterly cleaning checklists as assigned
-
Clean guest restrooms and stock with supplies
-
Support therapists and spa reception with daily operational requirements.

Ensure guest comfort and report any maintenance or operational issues promptly.

Adhere to all hotel, spa, health & safety, and confidentiality policies and procedures.
About The Role
Requirements
Notwithstanding your positivity and ambition for hospitality we ideally would ideally like you to have some experience for your role as outlined below:

Previous experience in a similar role in a five-star property

High attention to detail.

Ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative
