For over 40 years, Prosper has provided services and supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across North County Dublin and County Meath. We currently support over 500 people and employ more than 250 staff across Prosper Fingal and Prosper Meath.
Prosper Group is seeking a Sustainability Officer to support the development and delivery of environmental and sustainability initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead Prosper's Energy Management and Sustainability Working Group, support our Green Teams and help progress the organisation's environmental and sustainability objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across Prosper Group

Support and guide Prosper's Green Teams

Collect, monitor and report on sustainability performance

Coordinate sustainability activities within the Erasmus+ programme

Promote sustainability initiatives internally and externally

Identify funding opportunities and assist with grant applications
Key Requirements

A minimum of a 2.1 honours degree

A minimum of one year's experience in a comparable role is highly desirable

Strong communication, organisation and report-writing skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and social media platforms

A full, clean driving licence and access to own transport, as travel between Prosper services and to other events is required

The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
