Design Lead
The Design Lead is responsible for overseeing the creative and technical delivery of interior design projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with the Creative Director, this role ensures every project reflects the Geri Designs aesthetic while maintaining the highest standards of quality, organisation, and client service. We require candidates to be fluent in English and would be client facing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentation material.
- Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and design documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project.
- Manage procurement, ordering, and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Mentor and support junior members of the design team.
- Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
- Review drawings, schedules, and project documentation for accuracy and quality.
Skills & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in high-end residential interior design.
- Strong design sensibility with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience preparing technical drawings and FF&E specifications.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and client presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Pay: €55,000.00 per year
