A leading brickwork contractor is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Bricklaying Manager / Façade Site Manager to join their expanding team for projects on in North Dublin.
This role is exclusively available to individuals with a high level of experience as it involves managing and overseeing façade installations on apartments and houses.
Responsibilities:· This role involves managing teams of bricklayers, insulation fitters and subcontractors, coordinating with other construction managers to deliver packages on time and on budget, maintaining quality of construction in line with the design and specifications.
· Plan and manage site labour resources in line with construction programme.
· Coordinate the installation sequence for façade components, such as support structures, windows, restraint systems, masonry support and brick and blockwork.
· Manage the delivery of necessary materials at appropriate phases.
· Prepare weekly reports and records for BcAR.
· Maintain close communication with the design team, site manager and other key stakeholders.
· Keep detailed records through the online daily site diary and complete required weekly documentation according to company standards.
· Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and environmental standards, maintaining high quality.
Requirements:
· Degree / Higher Diploma / HETAC qualification or equivalent trade experience
· Good knowledge of brickwork and ancillary items.
· Experience with apartments
· Up to date knowledge of building regulations and certification standards
· Capable of leading and taking initiative, with a self-driven attitude.
