Goldstar Chauffeur Drive is one of Ireland's leading chauffeur and passenger transport providers, delivering premium transport solutions for corporate, VIP, event and leisure clients across Ireland and internationally.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Dispatch & Operations Executive to join our Operations team. This is a fast-paced office-based role requiring excellent communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch and allocation of chauffeur bookings.
- Monitor live operations and respond to schedule changes, delays and service updates.
- Liaise with chauffeurs, clients, suppliers and partner transport companies.
- Ensure all bookings are accurately entered and updated within operational systems.
- Monitor flights, ferry arrivals and other travel schedules as required.
- Coordinate vehicle and chauffeur movements to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle client enquiries professionally via phone and email.
- Assist with event logistics and large-group transportation movements.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Support the wider Operations team in achieving service excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dispatch, transport, logistics, operations or customer service.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the transport, chauffeur, travel or hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential.
