Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Manage all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and Superchats to secure paid bookings.
- Sales Execution: Proactively follow up on leads and explain program value to hit deposit targets.
- Policy Enforcement: Clearly and firmly communicate company policies, including our "No Payment, No Booking" rule.
- Front of House Management: Act as the primary face of the brand, managing a busy lobby during peak times.
- CRM Accuracy: Maintain the booking system with 100% data integrity and zero margin for error.
- Operational Upkeep: Ensure the facility entrance and reception areas maintain a premium, professional appearance.
- Multitasking: Balance rapid digital communication with high-level, face-to-face customer service.
Requirements
- Full Flexibility: Availability for a rostered shift pattern between 8:30 am and 10:30 pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to be professional yet firm.
- High Energy: A proactive work ethic where you notice and solve problems without waiting for instruction.
- Proven Experience: Background in fast-paced environments like high-end hospitality, retail, or busy medical/gym receptions.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and navigate booking software and digital communication tools quickly.
- Location: Must be currently living in Limerick and legally entitled to work in Ireland.
