The Kingsley is currently recruiting for Part-Time Spa Attendants to join our dedicated Spa team.
Responsible for conducting regular checks of the spa including reception area, entrance, pool area, treatments room, rest rooms, changing areas including lockers and thermal suite facility to ensure they are tidy, facilities are in good working order, free of rubbish and obstacles, well stocked and clean. Your job will be to ensure that used items are left in the correct places for laundering and that freshly laundered items are always available for the next guests. Spa guests need a ready supply of spa towels, robes, and slippers. Working as part of a team, the role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times.
Responsibilities will include:

Cleaning all areas of the spa including changing rooms, pool area, treatment rooms, relaxation area & waiting area on a regular basis as per SOP guidelines.

Ensure that guest supplies of toilet paper, soap, hand creams etc are kept well stocked within the changing rooms.

Keep replenished any refreshments in the rest/relaxation rooms.

Checking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standard. Escalating any issues to the management team

Assist the therapists in tidying treatment rooms after sessions and at the end of the day if needed.

Carry out deep cleaning when required.

Working alongside the entire Kingsley Spa team to ensure the smooth running of the department.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work part time hours per week, on a flexible basis ranging from 16 - 28hrs. You will be required to work weekends and public / bank holidays on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.

Desirable requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, housekeeping role or cleaning services roles would be highly desirable.
