Packer & Administrative Assistant for Eden Skinstore & Eden Medical
Position Type:
Full time role Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Starting the end of August/Early September.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is split between physical product packing/dispatching and general administrative support, including monitoring and responding to customer emails. You’ll play a key part in both our fulfilment process and day-to-day customer communications. This person will also help out with Eden Medical Administration tasks too.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing & Fulfilment Duties:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
- Ensure all parcels are packed to a high standard and in line with brand presentation guidelines
- Label, sort, and organise outgoing deliveries using couriers or postal systems
- Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised packing/warehouse area
Administrative & Customer Support Duties:
- Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy with approval from head of retail
- Support with order tracking and customer inquiries
- Provide general support to other team members as required
Pay: €14.15-€15.50 per hour
