The Role

With ambitious plans to further enhance our guest experience, strengthen our presence in key international markets and unlock new commercial opportunities, we are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in our journey.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the hotel's sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth while elevating the Cliff House Hotel brand across Ireland and internationally. Working closely with the leadership team, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strategic partnerships and deliver innovative sales and marketing initiatives that position the hotel at the forefront of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the annual sales and marketing strategy, aligned with the hotel's commercial objectives.
Drive revenue growth across leisure, luxury travel, FIT, corporate, celebrations and exclusive-use business.
Build and nurture relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs and key industry partners.
Represent Cliff House Hotel at trade shows, networking events, international sales missions and client events.
Develop and manage relationships with luxury consortia and preferred partner programmes.
Work closely with the revenue management team to maximise occupancy, ADR and overall profitability.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email and traditional channels.
Oversee the hotel's brand presence, website content and promotional collateral.
Collaborate with PR agencies, photographers, videographers and media partners to create compelling content and maximise brand exposure.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to inform commercial strategy.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and annual budgets.
Host familiarisation trips, media visits and client site inspections.
About You
You are an energetic relationship builder who combines commercial acumen with creativity and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
You will ideally have:
A minimum of three years' experience in a senior sales or marketing role within luxury hospitality.
A proven track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
Strong knowledge of the Irish and international luxury travel market.
Experience working with luxury travel advisors, FIT operators, corporate clients and industry partners.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM and online distribution.
Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across all departments.
A willingness to travel for sales calls, trade shows and industry events.
A full, clean driving licence.
