Chef de Partie (CDP)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team at the award-winning Errigal Country House Hotel.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, enjoys working as part of a professional team, and thrives in a busy kitchen environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy hotel or restaurant.
- Be confident running their own section and maintaining high standards at all times.
- Have a strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
- Work well under pressure while remaining organised and focused.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality food.
- Experience or knowledge of the pastry section would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards.
- Take ownership of your section, ensuring it is fully prepared for service.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency.
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
- Assist with stock rotation, food ordering, and minimising waste.
- Help train and support junior members of the kitchen team where required.
