Hayfield Manor Hotel, Corks leading 5* hotel, is searching for their next Guest Services Porter to join the front of house team. As part of the welcome committee to this exquisite hotel, this position is a key part of our guests first impressions and welcome.

The Role
We are seeking a Guest Services Porter to join the front of house team. As the first point of contact for arriving guests, this position plays a key part in shaping our guests' first impressions and delivering the warm and anticipatory welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming committee for all guests
- Provide assistance at all times including, opening doors, transporting luggage to and from rooms
- Conference room set-up & servicing
- General cleanliness of exterior and interior areas of the hotel grounds
- Car Park attendant duties/parking cars/front gate attendant
- Health & Safety
- Guest care
The ideal candidate:
- Will have experience within the 5* hotel industry
- Hold a full Irish driving licence
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Will have attention to detail in all they do
