Reformer Pilates Instructor

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our boutique studio.
This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, professional, and passionate instructor to be part of a beautifully curated studio experience focused on intelligent movement, elevated service, and outstanding client care.
The ideal person will bring strong technical expertise, refined teaching skills, and a warm, welcoming presence. You will be confident leading dynamic, results-driven classes while creating an experience that feels personal, supportive, and premium from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach minimum 4 classes p/w, ability to coach more as demand builds
- Deliver high-quality classes to a range of client levels, with clear, safe, and inspiring instruction and excellent attention to form and technique
- Create a calm, confident, and welcoming class environment that promotes support and community
- Maintain a strong understanding of Pilates principles, anatomy, and movement mechanics
- Uphold studio standards for professionalism, punctuality, presentation, and client experience
- Assist with equipment care, general studio cleanliness, and general studio presentation before and after your classes
- Work collaboratively with the other instructors and founder to help create a seamless client journey
- Drive engagement to your classes through socials
Requirements
- Recognised Reformer Pilates qualification
- +8 months reformer teaching experience
- Confident experience leading group classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team player
- Strong technical knowledge of alignment, posture, and movement
- A professional, reliable, and client-focused approach
- Ability to adapt teaching style to suit mixed abilities and individual needs
- First aid certification is an advantage
