Summary
The Bid Support Coordinator supports the preparation of high-quality bid submissions to help secure new business opportunities. This role ensures proposal documents are complete, well-written, and submitted on time, and is integral to the company’s ability to win work and grow.
The Bid Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating input from multiple internal and external teams, maintaining bid documents, and ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented. This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
Location: Works four days in the office or on site as per Company policy.
Working Conditions & Effort: Some periods of high pressure may occur around submission deadlines. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across departments and may occasionally require extended hours.
Qualifications / Experience
- Degree in business, communications, marketing or related field preferred
- Experience in bid coordination, administration or document control
- Familiarity with the architecture, engineering or construction sector is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Bid Support Manager in managing the end-to-end bid process
- Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, and design teams for proposals
- Ensure documents follow brand guidelines and meet client requirements
- Track deadlines and manage document versions using standard procedures
- Maintain and update a library of reusable content and bid templates
- Support preparation of presentations and follow-up material post-submission
Required Skills /Personal Attributes
- Highly organised, with strong written communication and editing skills
- Analytically minded, able to break down and understand information
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams, at all levels, and must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
