Administrator / Receptionist – Extremely busy GP practice Dublin 24
- Contract: Permanent Full time
- Hours: 40 Hours Per week
- Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (times to be agreed) - Weekend cover may be required from time to time.
- Commencement Date: as soon as possible
Requirements:
- 1-2 years administration/reception/customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
- Strong Multi-Tasking Skills
- Candidates should display initiative, common sense, problem-solving ability and flexibility
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
- Meeting & greeting all patients to the Practice
- Answering phone and email enquiries in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- Scanning in documentation to patient notes
- Processing payments from patients & Issuing receipts
- Appointment scheduling
- Taking prescription requests
- Liaising with doctors, nurses and fellow admin staff
- HSE Claiming
- Any other duties assigned by the Practice Manager or GP
