As our Healthcare Quality & Compliance Officer, you will work closely with Area Managers, Branch Managers and operational teams to ensure our services consistently meet regulatory requirements, contractual obligations and internal quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting quality, governance and compliance across our national branch network

Conducting quality audits and supporting branches in preparation for inspections

Monitoring compliance with HSE Service Level Agreements, HIQA standards and internal policies

Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives and corrective action plans

Reviewing incidents, identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement

Developing and reviewing policies, procedures and governance documentation

Delivering quality training and promoting best practice across services

Monitoring quality KPIs and preparing reports for senior management

Supporting branches to maintain the highest standards of client care and regulatory compliance

Level 7 qualification (or higher) in Nursing, Social Care, Social Work, Allied Health or another healthcare-related discipline

Minimum two years' experience in a healthcare quality, governance, compliance, regulation or clinical audit role

Experience working within homecare, community healthcare, disability services, residential care or another regulated healthcare environment

Knowledge of HSE-funded services and healthcare quality standards

Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Active CORU or NMBI registration

Experience with HIQA standards, inspections or healthcare regulation

Experience using Viclarity or a similar quality management system

Experience developing quality improvement programmes and supporting service audits
