As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be the driving force behind our online presence, responsible for turning casual browsers into ticket buyers and event attendees. You will manage our day-to-day digital channels—from social media storytelling and email campaigns to paid advertising and website updates alongside our Marketing Manager and Agencies.
This role sits at the heart of our marketing team, requiring a mix of creative spark (to capture the energy of live events) and analytical rigor (to track ticket sales and ROI).
Key Responsibilities1. Social Media & Content Creation
- Storytelling: Plan, create, and schedule engaging organic content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- On-Site Coverage: Attend events to capture high-quality, real-time photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) that showcases the guest experience.
- Community Management: Engage with our audience daily, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build a loyal community.
2. Campaign Management & Paid Ads
- Paid Social & Search: Assist in the reporting, monitoring, and optimising paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) to drive ticket sales and bookings.
- Email Marketing: Segment our database and build high-converting email newsletters, automated welcome flows, and event-reminder campaigns.
- Reporting & Analytics.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide weekly reports on campaign for our Data Analyst
- ticket sales attribution, and social growth, suggesting data-backed tweaks for future events.
Skills & QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or live events.
- Content Skills: Proficiency with basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe & Photoshop). A sharp eye for vertical video layout and trends is crucial.
- Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with email service providers (e.g., Mailchimp, Stampede, Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress), and Meta Business Suite.
- Mindset: A high-energy, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and doesn't mind occasional evening or weekend work to cover live events.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with ticketing platforms.
- Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications.
