Chef/Cook – Full Time
New Store Opening – Dún Laoghaire
We're excited to be opening a brand-new café and restaurant in Dún Laoghaire and are looking for a talented Full-Time Chef/Cook to join our opening team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new venture from day one, helping to establish a high-quality food offering in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.
No late nights or split shifts – daytime hours only.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Chef/Cook role.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a busy, team-focused kitchen.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with stock control and minimising food waste.
- A thorough understanding of HACCP procedures and food hygiene standards.
- The ability to plan and prepare food efficiently while maintaining consistently high standards.
- A genuine passion for cooking, quality ingredients, and presentation.
