We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team in Athlone. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a leading main contractor delivering quality residential, commercial, and specialist construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site teams
- Monitor progress, quality standards, and project timelines
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams
- Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate project records
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, or Construction Supervisor
- Strong experience with main contractors and construction projects
- Good knowledge of Irish building regulations and BCAR requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read drawings and manage site documentation
- Full clean driving licence required
Pay: €54,117.19-€106,623.11 per year
