We are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to join our team in Athlone.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities
Ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively
Monitor project progress and report to senior management
Chair and attend regular site meetings
Maintain strict quality control and ensure compliance with specifications
Plan site logistics, sequencing, and programme delivery
Coordinate closely with project and commercial teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, Foreman, or Construction Supervisor
Experience working with a main contractor is preferred
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and construction best practices
Proven experience in residential and/or commercial projects
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
Good IT skills (experience with Procore or similar systems is an advantage)
Full clean driving licence required
Pay: €54,117.19-€106,623.11 per year
