We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Team Player to join our Production Team in Taconic International Limited, Forest Park, Mullingar. You'll be joining a well-established company that manufactures specialist PTFE-coated products used everywhere from food production and aviation to Formula 1 racing and cutting-edge engineering.

What You'll Be Doing:
· Working as part of the production team to meet daily schedules and targets.
· Measuring and preparing materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Transforming materials into finished products using specialist processes.
· Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
· Packing finished products ready for shipment to customers.
· Keeping your workspace organised, safe, and professional.
· Using computers for simple but important tasks such as printing labels, booking outbound freight and production documents.
What We're Looking For:
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Reliable, motivated, and flexible approach to work.
· Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
· Comfortable working in a hands-on, practical environment.
· At least intermediate level English, (written and spoken), and minimum of level 4 NFQ, (Leaving Certificate Applied), or equivalent.

Payment and Perks:
Starting hourly rate €14.75 gross. Permanent contract. Full-time, 39 hours per week, (early finish on Fridays). Company pension. 20 days’ vacation, plus all public holidays (28 days paid leave per year), Bike to Work Scheme. Occasional overtime – our focus is on work-life balance.
