The Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team on a major construction project in Dublin.
This is a hands-on, site-based role responsible for ensuring roofing, cladding, curtain walling and façade installations are completed to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with the project delivery team, subcontractors and clients to drive quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance activities across the project.
- Carry out inspections of roofing, cladding, curtain walling and façade installations.
- Implement and manage First-Off Checks (FOCs) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and industry standards.
- Raise, monitor and close out NCRs and quality observations.
- Maintain quality records and documentation using Procore or similar systems.
- Coordinate quality inspections, sign-offs and project handovers.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Attend site coordination meetings and provide quality updates.
- Promote continuous improvement and maintain Crown's high quality standards.
About You
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a site-based QA/QC or Site Management role within the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of roofing, cladding, curtain walling and façade systems.
- Experience carrying out inspections, audits and managing QA documentation.
- Experience using Procore, BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or similar document management systems.
- Good understanding of Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), First-Off Checks (FOCs) and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience on data centre, pharmaceutical or other mission-critical construction projects.
- Professional quality qualification (CQE, CQM or equivalent).
- Knowledge of BIM and digital construction technologies.
