We are looking for a self-driven, motivated person to join our team in our Glen of the downs store. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused person to join our progressive team in the garden leisure business. Outdoor Living is a fast paced growing business that strives in being the one stop shop for everything to do with outdoor living.
Duties and Responsibilities will include...
- To ensure excellent customer service is provided to our customers
- To ensure you go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy.
- To assist in merchandising the store and keep selves full.
- General cleaning of showroom.
- Deal with enquires and complaints, resolving the issue at the earliest opportunity in a professional manner.
- Sales and processing invoices to customers as well as follow through.
- Answering calls, emails, online chats from customers while providing excellent face to face sales in store too.
- Maximizing sales performance whilst ensuring stock and cost control
- Ensure excellent follow up to ensure all customers are responded to in a reasonable amount of time.

The Ideal candidate will have experience in a sales and customer service role. Excellent communication and customer service is a must. The candidate should be an all-rounder and confident to take on different roles in the business.
This is a part time role working 1-3 days over seven and the candidate may be required to work weekends.
More hours may be available in the busy season.
Working hours are from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 12.15pm to 5.30pm on Sundays.
