Miramira Jewellery in Eyre Square Shopping Centre, Galway are a renowned brand known for high-quality, timeless pieces, we’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Store Manager to lead our store and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and operational excellence.
About the Role:
As the Store Manager, You will oversee all aspects of the store’s operations, ensuring that our customers have a memorable shopping experience while achieving sales goals. You’ll manage a dynamic team, maintain store standards, and contribute to building the Miramira brand in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring the store is always ready for business.
- Drive sales performance and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and maintain an inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct staff training and development to maintain a knowledgeable and motivated team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail management , ideally in jewellery or fashion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high store standards.
- A results-driven individual with a focus on achieving targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A passion for luxury products and an understanding of the jewellery industry is a plus.
