Job Title: Sales Advisor
Job Location: KIX Vaping, Tolan Street, Ballina, Ireland.
Job Type: Part Time, 8 hours every Saturday.
Succsessful candidate must be available Monday-Friday to cover annual leave when needed.
Job Summary: As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing product or service recommendations. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
Actively listen to customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
Answer questions and provide detailed information about products or services.
Offer solutions and product recommendations based on customer needs.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Educate customers on product specifications, usage, and care instructions.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the KIX Shop is well-organised and products are displayed attractively.
Assist in creating eye-catching displays to drive customer interest.
Customer Service Excellence: Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
Inventory Management: Monitor and report inventory levels.
Assist with restocking and replenishing shelves as needed.
Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory management.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and reports on Excel sheets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organisational abilities.
Working Conditions:
- The job may require standing for extended periods.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, may be necessary.
- The role may involve occasional lifting of moderately heavy objects.
