Early Years Educator / Childcare Practitioner
Hundred Acre Wood Preschool & Afterschool Service is currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Educator / Childcare Practitioner to join our friendly team in Eyrecourt, Co. Galway.
We are a seasonal childcare service operating in line with the primary school calendar and are looking for someone who is committed to providing high-quality care and education in a warm, nurturing environment.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (or an equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience working in a childcare setting.
- A full, clean driving licence.
Preferred (Not Essential)
The following qualifications would be an advantage:
- Manual Handling Certificate.
- Paediatric or Occupational First Aid certification.
- Additional Early Years training or professional development courses.

Flexible Opportunities Available
We would also consider applications for the following part-time positions:
- Preschool Session: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–12:00pm.
- Afterschool Session: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm–6:00pm, and Fridays 2:00pm–5:00pm.
