About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the hiring process by coordinating recruitment activities, managing communications with candidates, and ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and applicants.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various recruitment channels

Conduct initial screenings and access candidate qualifications

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process

Build data base of potential talent

Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups

Support the preparation of job postings and recruitment marketing efforts

Attend careers fairs and support local marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with Head of Talent and hiring teams to streamline recruitment processes

Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, job fairs and external recruitment partners

Assist in on boarding and new-hire documentation

Track recruitment metrics and generate reports
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR coordination

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
