Stores / Materials Coordinator
Cabins and Containers are seeking a reliable and organised Stores / Materials Coordinator to join our team in Oristown, Kells, Co. Meath.
This role will support our workshop and trade teams by ensuring materials, parts and stock are available, organised and correctly recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate stock records
- Manage stock rotation and ensure materials are stored correctly
- Review material orders and identify items required for upcoming jobs
- Liaise with trades, workshop staff and management on stock requirements
- Receive deliveries and check goods against orders
- Keep stores areas clean, organised and clearly labelled
- Assist with ordering materials, parts, tools and consumables
- Follow company procedures for health, safety and housekeeping
- Monitor material consumption and identify discrepancies or potential stock shortages.
- Prepare weekly stock reports and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Review material usage trends and recommend reordering where required.
- Ensure all stock transactions are accurately recorded to maintain inventory accuracy.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in stores, stock control, materials, construction or trades supply
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for order reviews and stock records, use of microsoft office and excel are required
- A practical, hands-on approach

Pay: €31,000.00-€33,500.00 per year
