The Vacancy
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales & Pricing Coordinator to join our Commercial Team. This role plays a key part in multimodal pricing while supporting sales through proactive cold calling and new business development.
You will be responsible for pricing international movements across sea, road, air and courier, while actively identifying and developing new client relationships. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is confident on the phone, commercially aware, and keen to grow within a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle pricing for international multimodal shipments for existing clients, prospective clients and overseas partners
Follow up on spot quotes and transactional business to maximise conversion success
Conduct targeted cold calls to generate new business and build a strong sales pipeline
Introduce and promote the company’s logistics solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and newly secured customers
Act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries and pricing requests
Support business development through market research and collaboration with the sales team
Maintain accurate records of activity, leads and opportunities in the CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of multimodal international freight movements (sea, road, air & courier)
Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally with cold calling exposure
Confident communicator with strong persuasion and relationship‑building skills
Commercially aware with a customer‑focused mindset
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
