Someone with 5-6 years experience should be able to tackle the below
- Post Purchase Invoices and Receipts on Xero
- Raise Sales Invoices on Xero
- Reconcile Supplier and Customer accounts, Issue Customer Statements
- Bank Payments (Supplier Payments, Subcontractor (RCT) Payments and Payroll)
- Bank Reconciliations for Trading and Deposit accounts
- Preparation of Weekly and Monthly payroll
- File VAT Returns on Revenue (Bi-Monthly)
- File PAYE Returns on Revenue (Monthly)
- File RCT Returns on Revenue (Quarterly)
- File CWPS Pension (Monthly)
- Post Monthly Journals on Xero (Accruals, Prepayments, Vehicle Depreciation, Payroll)
- Produce Monthly Management Accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis)
- Liaise with Revenue directly regarding offsets
- Submit year-end accounts to auditors and address query list prior to CRO filing.
