Responsibilities of this job:
- Ensure that the highest standards of professionalism and customer care are consistently delivered
- Provide support to your team across the pharmacy dispensary, OTC counters and retail floor
- Effectively manage stock levels to ensure optimum supply is available across all pharmacy sections
- Analysing sales reports and reacting accordingly to ensure the correct product mix for customer profile
- Ensure that company procedures are followed to a consistently high standard
- Ensure the store is delivering on store standards and visual display
- Liaising closely with head office, area manager and other group stores with regards to bestsellers and promotions
Skills and experience required for this job:
- Previous pharmacy sales/management experience
- A proven track record in driving sales and customer service
- Experience in achieving set and agreed KPI's
Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
