JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all aspects of contract management after order receipt, including ensuring order compliance to contract and associated specifications, delivery of documentation packages, coordination of Inspection Test Plans and Quality Inspection activities, and liaison with production departments of affiliates to ensure timely order completion and shipping.
Comfortable with representing the company with counterparts in major international EPC contractors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide input into pricing of documentation and ITP package to assist Capital Projects Sales Engineer.
- Upon order receipt, carry out contract review clarifying all customer specifications and requirements in conjunction with Capital Projects Sales Engineer, executing change orders as required.
- Execute the contract ensuring:
o All documentation is developed and submitted in a timely manner as per contract.
o Sales Drawings and Approval Documents are issued and approved.
o Suborders are placed with affiliates and third-party companies.
o Liaison with Finance team to ensure correct bank guarantees and milestone invoices are correctly administered and furthermore ensuring that deliveries and documentation are delivered on time to avoid liquidated damages.
o Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and managing any risks to the project schedule.
o Coordination and execution of product inspections on site, at affiliates and third parties.
o Liaison with customer expeditors and shipping departments to ensure on time shipment of products, including preparation of shipping documentation.
o Organization of project files to ensure fast retrieval of documents.
o Utilization of customers’ online portals for quotation and documentation submittal.
o Liaise with operational and engineering personnel to address technical matters on customers’ behalf.
o Submission of final documentation packages upon order completion and shipment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Mechanical Engineering or other technical degree preferred or 3 - 5 years’ equivalent experience in a similar role.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an EPC contractor/Process OEM, and/or project management.
- Strong IT skills in MS Office including advanced Excel.
- Languages: Fluent English written and spoken. A second European language would be an advantage but not essential.
