Accounts / Bookkeeper
Property Properly is the leading property management, valuations, and estate agents service in the midlands and Portlaoise.
The business is privately owned and was established in 2006.

Role Overview: Accounts / Bookkeeper
To prepare year end financial statements and budgets.
Weekly payroll- monitor ROS for PAYE submission and payment.
Prepare VAT/VIES/RCT Returns
Reconcile accounts
Prepare weekly/ monthly sales reports.
Prepare consolidated financial statements for parent and subsidiary companies.
Requirements:
Two Years Accounts experience in Bookkeeping
Experience in effectively managing customer issues as they arise
Person Specifications:
Excellent listening skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Resilience - being able to handle customer issues
The ability to work as part of a team
Be pro-active
Block Management experience would be an advantage.
