We are seeking a motivated Graduate Site Engineer to join our growing construction team on projects across Galway and the West of Ireland.
Responsibilities:
Assist with site setting out using Total Station, GPS, and surveying equipment.
Support the project team with drawings, technical documentation, RFIs, and site reports.
Maintain accurate site records and update project management software such as Procore.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers.
Assist in quality assurance inspections and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Support project completion, snagging, and handover documentation.
Monitor construction progress and report any issues to senior engineers.
Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and drawings.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
1–2 years' site experience (placement or graduate experience considered).
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with surveying equipment is desirable.
Understanding of construction Health & Safety practices.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Full clean driving licence.
Pay: €44,349.70-€73,882.23 per year
