o Responsibilities and Duties
o The right attitude to learn the company standards, coffee standards, and deliver excellent customer service in a friendly atmosphere .
o To ensure that the café is operated in a smooth and professional manner.
o To treat all staff ,customers and service staff with respect .
o To ensure that the café and kitchen is kept in a hygienic state.
o Stock rotation , food hygiene and quality control .
o To ensure that all food and coffee presented to customers is prepared to the highest standards.
o To prepare and present quality food/coffee and ensure that all final products leaving the kitchen/café are at the Javinos standard.
