Hair Together is more than a salon. We are a social enterprise based in Ballymun, Dublin, providing high-quality hair services while creating opportunities for education, training and community development.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Stylist to join our growing team. We are flexible regarding hours and can accommodate either full-time or part-time working arrangements for the right candidate.

About the Role
As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hair services, building strong client relationships and helping to grow the salon’s customer base.
We are seeking someone who brings their own client following and is motivated to attract and retain new clients through excellent service, professionalism and engagement both in the salon and online.
As a small, supportive team, we all play our part in ensuring the salon operates smoothly. We are therefore looking for someone who is happy to contribute across all areas of salon life.
What We’re Looking For?
Essential
· Qualified Hair Stylist
· Ideally up to 4 years’ experience post qualification
· Strong cutting, colouring and styling skills
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Professional, reliable and enthusiastic attitude
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
· Comfortable creating and participating in social media content including photos and videos
· Willingness to promote services and help grow the salon’s customer base
· Comfortable working with and welcoming clients from all backgrounds
· Team player who is happy to assist with reception duties, cleaning and the day-to-day running of the salon
· Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Desirable
· Existing client base
· Experience using salon booking systems and social media platforms
· Interest in mentoring junior staff or trainees
· Understanding of social enterprise or community-based organisations
