We're looking for font of house staff to join our team in the award winning restaurant Linnane's Lobster Bar.
The Role:
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- A good communicator, exceptionally friendly and inclusive of all team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, always exceeding expectations.
The Candidate:
- Customer-oriented approach.
- An individual who is charismatic, approachable, and professional with a can-do attitude.
- Fluent English essential.
- Good time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests promptly
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Anticipating guests' needs and attending to them promptly
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handling payments and operating the POS system accurately
