We are seeking an experienced Tekla Detailer to join our growing structural steel and architectural metalwork team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 3D models and fabrication drawings, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting the efficient delivery of projects from design through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures.
- Generate fabrication, assembly, and erection drawings.
- Produce NC files, Material lists and bolt lists for procurement.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, and workshop personnel to resolve detailing issues.
- Identify and resolve clashes and fabrication constraints before production.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications..
- Monitor and report variations between the quoted scope of works and the approved model, assisting with the identification of potential cost and programme implications.
- Liaise with the production and installation teams to support smooth project delivery.
- Maintain drawing revisions and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required to support the successful delivery of projects.
Pay: Up to €60,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Arklow, County Wicklow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
