The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences from enquiry to vehicle handover.
- Building strong customer relationships and generating repeat business.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maximising opportunities through finance, insurance and additional products.
- Prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Supporting dealership marketing activities and events.
- Maintaining accurate CRM and customer records.
- Helping establish a high-performance culture within the new dealership.
Additional Responsibilities (Sales Manager Applicants)
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor performance and sales activity.
- Drive business development initiatives.
- Support the growth and success of the Dundalk operation.
