About the Role
Best Start is growing the team at our brand-new Brickfield branch, and we are currently recruiting two full-time Early Years Educators for our Ages 1–2 or Ages 2–3 Room.

What You'll Do
As an Early Years Educator in our Ages 1–2 or Ages 2–3 Room, you will:
- Deliver warm, responsive, play-based care and Aistear-aligned learning for our youngest children
- Support early language, movement, and the development of social skills through play
- Nurture secure attachments and growing independence
- Contribute to a reflective, collaborative team committed to continuous improvement
Who We're Looking For
Newly qualified and experienced candidates are equally welcome. What matters most to us is professionalism and a genuine love of working with very young children.
Essential
- A relevant qualification at one of the following levels:
- Graduate Early Years Educator — QQI Level 7/8 (or recognised equivalent) in Early Childhood Care & Education
- Early Years Educator — QQI Level 5/6 in Early Childhood Care & Education
- A warm, patient, and team-focused approach
- Working knowledge of Aistear and Síolta
- The right to work in Ireland
- Fluent English
Desirable
- Experience working with children under three

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum QQI Level 5 qualification (or higher) in Early Learning and Care / Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Have fluent spoken and written English.
- Be currently living in Ireland and/or legally entitled to work full-time in Ireland – or planning to relocate
- Be available to work full-time.
