OIC Cleaning is currently recruiting an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at our site in Tallaght Village. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead a small team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support cleaning staff during both morning and evening shifts
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and provide hands-on support as needed
- Liaise with management regarding supplies, issues, and staff performance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisor or team leader role is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work split shifts (morning and evening) Monday to Friday
- High level of reliability and professionalism
- Good understanding of cleaning products and equipment
- Right to work in Ireland
Pay: €15.30 per hour
Experience:
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial cleaning: 1 year (required)
