Part-time Weekend Warehouse Operative (Forklift Essential)
Kean’s Claremorris are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Part-time Warehouse Operative for weekend work, to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy retail and distribution environment, requiring forklift operation skills.
This is a weekend only position covering Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to work some Fridays if required. Expected hours will be 15-24 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
Load and unload deliveries, ensuring goods are handled correctly
Pick, prepare, and dispatch customer orders accurately
Receive, check, and organise incoming stock
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Support general warehouse and stores operations as required
Provide occasional assistance with customer queries in a professional manner
Essential Requirements
Forklift experience essential
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in electrical, home improvement, or agricultural products
Manual Handling certification
Basic computer skills
Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
