Job Description
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming and supportive environment, answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally. This includes addressing client concerns and escalate issues to appropriate case managers or supervisors as needed.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and ability to complete word processing tasks (correspondence, reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations) including composing and typing complex correspondence (using Word).
- Managing Client Records including maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and case files and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data protection regulations. Also assisting in the preparation and updating of client documentation.
- Assisting in organising events, workshops, and training sessions.
- Represent MCS Case Management at community events and meetings, building and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders and assist in the development of outreach materials and campaigns including digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain filing system, correspondence, documents and personal files and performing administrative duties in an efficient and timely manner.
Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
