Job Title: Retail Bar Supervisor
Location: 3 Arena
Report to: Retail Operations Management
Salary: Paid Fortnightly
Schedule: Generally 4-5 hour shifts between 6.00pm-11.00pm
Part-time Retail Supervisor for 3Arena.
Live Nation Ireland is currently looking for professional part time supervisor to join the team.
Criteria: To supervise and control your designated unit, and maintain the high standards that we expect.
Have the ability to liaise with management to ensure the efficient running of each unit.
Responsible for:
Cash, stock, bartenders and combi staff.
Liaises with:
Retail Management Team.
Duties will include:
- Work in close proximity with the management team to ensure the smooth running of your designated unit.
- To ensure customer service levels are maintained at a high standard.
- To be responsible for and adhere to opening and closing procedures.
- To be responsible for keeping staff briefed and aware of the running order of events.
- To ensure that bars and combi units are clean and well maintained.
- To report any maintenance and staffing issues to a manager.
- To report customer complaints and/or customer feedback promptly to a manager.
- To ensure that cash handling procedures are adhered to correctly.
- To practice good customer and staff relations, encouraging good customer care levels and staff motivation.
- To ensure new staff are briefed and trained on using tills/equipment/ procedures.
- To follow procedures and checklists for every show.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills required for the position:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality business. • Available to work nights is a must. (Check out dates of all upcoming events on 3Arena website) • References from two previous employers. • Good communicator with excellent command of the English language.
