We are currently recruiting a motivated and sales orientated person to fill the role of Assistant Manager in our Leisure club.
- help to oversee the leisure Club operation to ensure quality service and hygiene standards
- A nationally recognized Fitness Qualification Experience in Fitness Class Instruction & Personal Training.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements including to hygiene and security protocols
- To be able to motivate, manage and develop the team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A warm, friendly personality
- Excellent IT skills
Ideal candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of Leisure experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Qualified in Pool Plant Management etc
- Qualification in swim teaching (Desirable but not essential)
- Qualification in lifeguard
- Occupational First with AED (Desirable but not essential)
